This program is specifically designed to support Chas in recovering from an adductor strain while safely rebuilding strength, stability, and confidence in movement. The focus is on controlled loading of the inner thigh muscles, progressive hip strengthening, and restoring proper biomechanics to reduce strain and prevent re-injury.
You’ll work through targeted mobility, gentle isometric activation, and gradually progressive strengthening exercises for the adductors, glutes, core, and surrounding hip stabilizers. Emphasis is placed on pelvic control, single-leg stability, and proper movement patterns to ensure the adductors can tolerate load during daily activities and sport-specific demands.
The goal is not just healing — it’s returning stronger, more balanced, and resilient.
